After booking, I'll send a short questionnaire to learn about your family and what you're hoping for. Then I'll help you choose a location and put together outfits that feel like you.

session day

The session stays low-pressure and easy. Kids can explore, be silly, or take their time warming up. I'll offer direction when it's useful and stay out of the way when it's not, so you can be fully present with your people.

Your Photos

You'll get a proof gallery where you select the photos that capture your family best. Your final images are delivered through a simple online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.

Q: What time of day is best for our perry photo session?

For outdoor sessions, early morning or just before sunset gives the softest light. For in-home or studio sessions, mid-morning works beautifully. I’ll help you choose a time that fits your family’s rhythm.

Q: What if my kids don't want to participate or get upset?

That happens, and it's okay. I don't rush kids or push them past their comfort zone. Some of my favorite images come from quiet moments. A child being held, a thoughtful pause, or genuine laughter after they've settled in.

I'll send you styling resources including color inspiration, specific outfit suggestions, and a curated online shopping guide. You can also browse my Client Closet and borrow pieces for moms and young children.

Q: How do we choose what to wear?

Absolutely. If you prefer your images stay off my website and social media, just tell me and I'll keep your entire gallery private.

Q: Can we keep our session photos private?

Yes. When you book in advance, we can arrange a payment schedule that spreads the cost over time in a way that works for your budget.

Q: Can we set up a payment plan?

Perry weather can surprise us, but soft clouds often create gorgeous light. If we get heavy rain or strong winds, we'll reschedule to a new date that works for you.

Q: What happens if weather interferes with our outdoor session?
