Rigby’s Water World – Things to do in Warner Robins GA

What is a better thing to do in Warner Robins, GA, on a hot day than bringing the whole family to Rigby’s Water World? Rigby’s Water World has something for everyone, including play areas for the little ones, giant thrill slides, a lazy river, a lagoon, and cabanas to relax in the sun. All that splashing around can make you hungry. So be sure to check out several different food spots where you can fuel up on pizza, burgers, nachos, and of course… ice cream!

They are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day every day from 11 am to 7 pm. But be sure to call ahead to ensure they are operating as their days and times are subject to change. For a one-day general admission pass, the cost is $30, and kids under two are free. If you are looking to save, they now offer military and first responder discounts (with valid ID) and twilight hour savings (last two hours of the day). Also, If you plan on going multiple times a season, you can get a season pass for $93. Then you can enjoy going to the park all season long. Museum of Aviation

In 1984, the Museum of Aviation opened to the public, displaying 20 aircraft in an open field and restoring another 20. The Museum of Aviation has grown to become the second-largest museum in the United States Air Force. In addition, they have grown to be the fourth most visited museum in the Department of Defense. This museum is a place that honors veterans and their families and reminds Airmen of their legendary Air Force heritage.

The facility includes four large exhibit buildings which house some of the 85 historic U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits, and award-winning exhibits. In addition, the Museum of Aviation is home to the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame. It is one of the coolest things to do in Warner Robins, GA. Admission to the Museum of Aviation is completely free! They are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. It is closed on Sundays and major holidays.
